Brother - 8360P Laser Fax DescriptionThe brother range of Laser Fax machines are regarded as being one of the most reliable brands in the marketplace, and this reviewer can attest to the quality and the reliability of their units. This Laser Fax machine differs from a normal fax machine in that the printing quality is much higher – this also relates to much better quality (almost near perfect in black and white) copies too, as this fax machine includes a photocopying function that can print at a rate of fourteen pages per minute.
The 8360p includes a generous 8MB of memory, which is used to store outgoing faxes that are queued up, and a 33.6k modem that’s used to squirt your fax down the telephone to the intended recipient.The machine also boasts a 250 sheet paper tray, for outputting your faxes, and a thirty sheet document feeder that allows you to feed through up to thirty pages of print for transmission. You have access to thirty two speed dial numbers, allowing you to store your most popular fax destinations so that they can be recalled with one press of a button.
There’s a useful LCD screen at the top of the Brother that reports back on the status of the machine and also any faxes that are being sent or received. This is also used to change the settings for the 8360p.
